First United Methodist Church of Golden offers two services every week: - Worship in Sanctuary on Sundays at 10:00am -Worship on Wednesday (WOW) on the patio Wednesday evenings at 6pm We are a warm, loving, all-inclusive and nonjudgmental community made up of Christians who follow the teachings of Jesus Christ. We adhere to the Methodist tradition. First United Methodist Church is the oldest church in Golden, dating back 157 years. We have a wide variety of educational programs that serve children, youth, adults and the elderly. Our outreach programs include a Boy Scout troop, a Thursday lunch for the needy, and vesper services at a local nursing home.
